2. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon during service booking. Specific services, dates, and times will be confirmed in writing or by phone.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur a late fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property during the scheduled time. Valuables and breakables should be stored securely. J&R Cleaning Solutions Service Corp is not responsible for items not properly secured.

6. Damage or Breakage

Our staff is trained and careful, but accidents may occur. In such cases, please report damages within 24 hours of service. We will review claims and determine appropriate compensation at our discretion.

7. Service Guarantee

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time due to unsafe working conditions, harassment, or repeated cancellations.

9. Liability

J&R Cleaning Solutions Service Corp is insured but not liable for pre-existing damages or conditions. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or normal wear and tear.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
